This position is an essential part of Sherwin's manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce paint and coating products consistent with customer requirements. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment. In this role you will be responsible for preparing, staging, setting up, and performing startups and shutdowns (e.g., racks, hard drives, switches) according to specific instructions, checklists, guides, standard protocols, and emails. Performing diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures, quickly identifies the cause(s) of issues, and replaces faulty components. Decommissions hardware for simple changes and refreshes (e.g., memory upgrades, OS rebuilds) following standard procedures with minimal guidance. Following procedures to communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate Datacenter Technician Leads. The qualified candidate will be working alongside the cabling and logistics teams to complete necessary projects. Job Requirements: 3+ years of experience in an ENTERPRISE data center (Think of companies that build data centers for other companies to use, not small corporate data centers) Rack/Stack experience (able to build racks/cabinets, stack servers, wire using a wire map, configure servers Strong experience with server cooling (ideally liquid cooling instead of Fan)

As a Tier IV Electronics Technician, you'll take a leading role in equipment reliability, automation optimization, and process improvement across HiTHIUM's U.S. manufacturing operations. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with data-driven decision making to increase uptime, reduce recurring failures, and enhance system efficiency. This position represents the transition from advanced technical capability to leadership in reliability and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify systemic issues, develop long-term solutions, and guide technical initiatives that elevate plant performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for high-impact downtime events and implement sustainable corrective actions. Develop and execute reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies for automated systems and robotics. Support PLC and controls logic optimization in collaboration with engineering. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using data from EAM, MES, and production KPIs Drive initiatives in predictive and condition-based maintenance (vibration, thermography, harmonic, etc.) Coordinate technical training and knowledge-sharing across technician tiers Support new equipment commissioning and contribute to design feedback for maintainability. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects that enhance performance, safety, and efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or reliability engineering Advanced understanding of PLC networks, robotic systems, and automated controls Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies. Experience leading technical projects and coordinating multi-discipline teams. Ability to analyze equipment performance data and translate findings into actionable plans Familiarity with RCA tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA) and CI principles (Kaizen, TPM)\ Excellent communication, documentation, and mentorship skills. Effective communication and teamwork in cross-functional settings. Work Environment & Schedule: Manufacturing environment with exposure to high-voltage equipment, moving machinery, and automation systems. Rotating shifts or on-call support may be required depending on production needs. PPE compliance is mandatory, including electrical arc flash protection when working on live systems.
