About the Role: The Senior Field Service Engineer is responsible for 2nd level client support and services. This position works closely with other IT departments for incident and problem resolution, and service request fulfillment within agreed service level. The senior FSE will have more in depth technical experience than the FSE and is likely to take the lead in more complex troubleshooting and provides backup to the supervisor. Tasks include: Maintain applications on end user devices: install/uninstall, troubleshoot, data recovery and maintain applications, products and equipment.
