The ServiceTechnician - SBE is responsible for repairing and reconditioning equipment in the profit center and/or customer locations. Responsible for installation of equipment for customer accounts and is responsible for diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems and takes corrective action. Provides customer assistance in resolving customer questions, problems, or complaints regarding equipment.
Job Responsibilities
? Calls on customers as assigned by Service Manager or General Manager to investigate operating difficulties of equipment. Diagnoses problems and figures out reasons and the nature of correction.
? Makes repairs or adjustments to equipment to return the equipment in working order.
? Cleans and maintains equipment on location including exchanging decanters and cleaning brewers.
? Documentation including verification of the closing calls, invoice completion, asset verification and any required customer documentation
? Repairs and refurbishes equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
? Ability to accurately collect work completed in company provided mobile device.
? Maintains a good working relationship and liaison with customers to maintain a positive image of the company and product.
? Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations.
? Maintains service area and vehicle in a clean and organized condition. Follows company guidelines on safety and operates vehicle in a safe manner.
? Completes weekly Driver Report and follows guidelines in the Fleet Manual.
? Follows all safety standards and policies set by manufacturers and company.

Qualifications
? High School Diploma or GED required
? Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
? Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add additional lines and drainage when vital.
? Must be willing to learn how to work with copper, braided and pex lines. This skill is normally developed through six months to one year of experience in the equipment service operations or through vocational training.
? The ability to read and write in English is required.
? Must also possess effective communication and customer service skills.
? Incumbent must have an acceptable driving record and a qualified driver?s license.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

This position will report directly to the Associate Manager of Facilities, under general supervision of the Facilities Manager. The Facility Technician (Electrician) will work under general supervision to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using manufacturer publications, blueprints, schematics and locally generated instructions. Must be familiar with OSHA and NEC standards. Will be required to follow work procedures, work on facilities, and production equipment, as well as perform general maintenance.
Essential Functions:
40%- Electrical Maintenance - Work with, troubleshoot and repair plant manufacturing equipment. Perform Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
50% - Installation of new equipment and electrical infrastructure (such as upgraded electrical panels, transformers, generators, etc.).
10%- 6S general shop upkeep, cleaning, or organizing.
Qualifications:

Preferred Additional Skills:
Virginia Journeyman electrician license strongly preferred. Training from a trade school is a plus.

Call volume is variable but is usually 1-3 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

In order to help support uninterrupted availability of INSCOM's Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) baseline, the Level 2 FieldServiceTechnician will:
· Provide Tier I and II support at remote field and garrison sites
· Perform server and desktop installation, basic cabling
· Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks
· Provide desktop system management involving account monitoring, security, operating system (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions
· Be capable of running an entire remote site by themselves with demanding customers in austere or garrison locations
· Maintain and load cryptographic devices and keys
· Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on many types of hardware and software
Qualifications
Certifications: DoD 8570.01-M IAT level II
Education and Relevant Experience:
· High School Diploma and 8 years of relevant experience; or
· Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience; or
· Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or
· Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or
· Ph.D.

Responsibilities
As an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC), you may:
Maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment.
Operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, mainframe computers, large screen displays, LANs, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems used in weapons systems.
Support combat systems readiness aboard aircraft carriers, Aegis cruisers, and other surface ships.
Work Environment
ETs and FCs serve on fleet units worldwide and at shore-based repair facilities. Expect assignments aboard ships, at remote stations, and in technical repair shops. Work is highly technical, requiring precision and teamwork.

Job Description & Responsibilities
Sigora Solar is seeking a FieldServiceTechnician III to join our growing team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on residential solar and commercial solar systems that are roof mounted or ground mounted.
Troubleshooting electrical and control equipment faults.
Removal/Replacement/Installation of hardware, PV modules, inverters, monitoring equipment and any other component.
Prepare reports, mostly through automated tools, if needed to comply with deliverables in O&M contracts.
Help in all areas of preventative and corrective maintenance as directed by manager with minimal supervision.
Document completion of work and cleanup of job site.
Attend training sessions on equipment as provided by the manufacturer and approved by manager.
Use of equipment and resources in accordance with instructions provided by the company.
Adherence to Company policies, quality, environmental health and safety policies and good housekeeping practices.
Weekend on call duties for emergency response to significant faults.
Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety.
Additional duties required as needed
Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
Must have the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
