Coordinate device handoffs, returns, and logistics with on-site IT staff. Provide clear, patient user handovers (new credentials, MFA setup, expected profile differences). Log daily migration progress, capture issues, and escalate to central migration leads. Prepare hardware, perform PXE booting and imaging when needed.
