Reporting to the Director, Field Applications the Field Service Engineer (Arizona area Remote). is responsible for providing service and support at customer sites located throughout their assigned territory.
What a typical day looks like:
Provide installation supervision, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair work for low voltage
distribution gear, transformers, and related power distribution equipment in a professional way.
Prepares technical reports/test sheets, monitoring of spare parts, tools/equipment, consumables, etc.
Maintain and follow safety regulations for the company and the specific sites where working.
Attend all appropriate site meetings.
Interfaces with Project Management and Site personnel.

The experience we're looking to add to our team,
Education to the Associates level in electrical power distribution or related field and/or 5+ years of similar work experience in a related field. Military experience is preferred. Data Center or equivalent mission critical system experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with electrical power distribution systems, power monitoring systems, AC/DC electrical power, and the use of communication protocols. Three to five years' experience in the design of low voltage switchgear assemblies/systems and/or power distribution equipment is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of UL Standards, such as UL67 Panelboards, UL1008 Transfer Switch
Equipment, UL10008S Static Transfer Switches, UL60950 Information Technology Equipment, UL 891

About The Role and What we Look For
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) delivers exceptional customer support by performing on-site installations and managing all aspects of system diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs for complex equipment and systems. The FSE ensures operational quality by inspecting and approving system performance.
This role also trains customers on system operation and maintenance while acting as the primary liaison between the company and the customer for both technical and administrative matters related to assigned projects.

A Day in the Life:
A technical sales role encompasses a wide variety of tasks where one day does not look exactly like the next. The projects our team handles are high in volume and unique from one another, spanning throughout the whole course of design, procurement, coordination, and post-sale support.
Typical tasks include:
Outside sales meetings and calls to build relationships with existing and new customers
Application engineering to apply our products using sound engineering principles
Project management of installations in progress - Managing schedules/plans to guarantee we can get equipment on site when the site needs it, in turn creating satisfied and returning customers.
Service and technical support of existing equipment
Supporting end users to maintain high levels of customer service, from assisting contractors with wiring on site to remote troubleshooting for staff in the kitchen.
Two to three full days per week in the office working on bids, one to two days on job sites, and dedicate another day to developing the territory. Territory development may include giving presentations to the engineering community, dropping off donuts to a new customer, or meeting a new contact with an existing customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Travel to customer(s) locations to perform engine and equipment-related repairs.
Assist in resolving customer-related issues in a timely manner.
Work with all employees and supervisors to ensure the facility is clean and organized and presents a positive image of DEUTZ.
Plan methods and sequence of performing repairs assigned.
Pre-order all parts and materials required to perform assigned repairs.
Inspect required repairs safely and effectively.

Job Responsibilities
The CNC Technician needs to have strong mechanical and electrical proficiency, to be able to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment. This position reports directly to the Service Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Traveling to customer sites to install, fix, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls for customer's organizations (Company provided vehicle & gas for travel paid for by the company)
Using on-line technical documents, manuals and vendor resources to research machine issues
Ensuring accurate documentation is completed and submitted to office and customer in regards to status of machine issues, repairs, and installation

Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company
Training in CNC repair and Haas equipment is part of the on-boarding process, with factory certification within the first year.

Specifically, Winrock is seeking a detail-oriented, inquisitive, dynamic, technical expert with deep knowledge of climate mitigation strategies in the agricultural sector. This expert must also have deep technical knowledge of climate standards such as the GHG Protocol Corporate Suite of Standards and SBTi. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

About this Role
FiberTel is looking for a Fiber Splicer Technician for our Portland, OR market.
The Fiber Splicer Technician position is a skilled position and she/he is considered competent and authorized to work in this field. He/she will have the experience and knowledge to perform all the duties of a Splicer. The Fiber Splicer will generally oversee 1 employee and possess the ability to provide on-the-job training to the Splicing Laborer. This position will need to be flexible in their hours, with occasional on-call duties including night and weekend work. What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
Install and repair fiber optics.
Splice fiber
Setting up safety perimeter using signage, cones, safety barriers

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time hourly position, expected to work at least 40 hours per week. This position operates in an outdoor environment and is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including; extreme cold, rain, sleet, snow, humidity, high temperatures, and high wind. The outside work environment will vary throughout the day including changes in terrain, traffic, urban settings, and/or rural settings.
