As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will specialize in the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. This role ensures that these life-saving systems are functioning correctly to protect properties and occupants in the event of a fire. The technician works both on new installations and on maintaining existing systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will: Install overhead sprinkler piping. Install and service valves, devices, and trim. Fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping, fixtures, and equipment. Manipulate pipe to specifications. Attach pipes to walls, structures, and fixtures using brackets, clamps, tools, or welding equipment. Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines using pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods. Plan installations or repairs according to the conditions encountered.
