Principal Accountabilities
Daily Engagement of workforce through direction of work assignments, compensation, communication, recognition, development and coaching, etc...
Manage the workflow process associated with electronics and some electromechanical areas of the facility, including the ASRS system
Develop preventative maintenance procedures to maintain equipment associated with electronics and limited electromechanical equipment throughout the facility; including the management of parts inventory and corrective actions

Required Qualifications

Competency in basic electrical 24 and 120 volt AC and DC circuits
Basic knowledge of Windows XP/7 operating systems

Responsibilities:
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues

Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
Willingness to work overtime
Possession of a valid driver's license with good driving record
Must pass drug-screen and background check
Strong communication skills

Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus

Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Call volume is variable but is usually 2 calls per day in this territory
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Position: As a Senior ServiceTechnician, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' petroleum equipment.
Compensation: Based on experience and certifications
Hours: This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday
Travel: This position may require occasional travel during the work week.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on fuel dispensers and components (Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Passport, EVO experience a plus)
Installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading POS software
Managing parts inventory and ensuring accuracy
Analyzing and resolving electronic and mechanical issues
Installing, programming, and testing new equipment
Communicating effectively with clients, explaining technical issues clearly and professionally
Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to a timely service schedule
Requirements:
Experience as a petroleum servicetechnician preferred
Gilbarco Dispenser certification and Veeder Root Tank Monitor certification, preferred.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
High attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 60 lbs., work in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks (stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders)
Proficiency with internet maps, dispatch software, and PCs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Openness to a flexible schedule (occasional after-hours/weekend work)
