Responsibilities
Perform computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists.

You will be providing service to optimize the production from our machines at their facilities. Because of that, our service engineers are in high demand and provide a consistent factory presence on site. A Field Service Engineer is primarily responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on our equipment as well as supporting project start-up installations at client locations across the US and Canada. We provide an in-house repair service for our customers as well as an innovation space for customers to learn from our experienced technologists, and test & train with their formulas & ingredients on our equipment. Responsibilities
Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance and diagnosing problems. Repairing or replacing defective parts to ensure functionality.
Troubleshooting: Quickly identifying the source of problems and implementing effective solutions for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control systems.
Installation and Setup: Installing and configuring equipment and systems according to specifications.

Position Purpose:
Under management's direction, the Hospital Services Swing worker travels between customer healthcare facilities providing on-site proactive collection and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs. This includes, but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. This service is provided at regularly scheduled intervals for assigned facilities. Fills in for other Team Members who are on vacation, sick, leave, etc. Assists Supervisor, as needed, covers schedules and locations, which may vary based on coverage required.
Key Job Activities:
• Primary back up for Hospital Services Technicians. Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substance and Document Shredding. Installs product, resurvey accounts and assists Supervisor in asset/inventory management.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded. May travel to customers in assigned area to proactively resolve customer service questions and issues.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule. May assist with installs as required.
• Communicates duty status on a defined scheduled.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
• Position requires extensive lifting, walking, bending, and pushing. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and push and/or pull carts weighing as much as 500 pounds.
Experience:
• 2+ years of industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations.
• May require mandatory immunizations and credentialing based on customer requirements.
• Must possess a valid driver's license. Must possess reliable transportation to travel between customer facilities.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of primary customer base, based on business needs.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with little supervision.
• Demonstrates knowledge of computer software applications including spreadsheets and application-based programs to track daily KPI's.

Location(s): Multiple hospitals throughout Milwaukee, Green Bay, Marquette, Wausau, and surrounding areas.

As a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I, you will utilize our industry-leading technology to complete vehicle glass repairs. What you will do
• Learn to repair vehicle glass (in the classroom and hands on) with a focus on the Safelite Way of Fitting under the guidance of experienced technicians and Safelite leaders.

• Manage work orders, customer documentation and customer communication through the Safelite handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology. Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
