Master Technology Group (MTG) specializes in designing, installing, and servicing low-voltage commercial property technologies across local and national markets. The Integrated Security Systems Technician (Traveling) provides customer-focused, workplace technology support to clients, field staff, installation partners, and internal team members. While most support work is performed remotely, occasional on-site assistance may be required locally and nationally. Supported systems are primarily security-related, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and EAS. Troubleshooting & Remediation: Conduct basic troubleshooting, follow-up on remediation activities, and identify equipment failures or system calibration errors. Reporting & Communication: Ensure timely daily reports and maintain clear communication with team leads/supervisors to promptly address any equipment, hardware, or software issues. Travel: This role requires 90% daily travel to client sites within the Twin Cities metro area, utilizing one of Procellis Technology's vehicles. Key Daily Tasks: Examine and evaluate electronic equipment using diagnostic tools. Report equipment failures and create corresponding work orders. Interact with internal teams to pinpoint existing equipment problems. Assist in the installation and setup of technology services. Ensure the highest quality of equipment and circuit installations. Complete all daily required tasks at assigned network locations. The Fiber Splicer completes daily production reports to document work performed/materials used. Operates and performs work in a bucket truck (man-lift experience is a plus). As the Fiber Splicer often works alone, the employee is expected to exercise considerable self-initiation to complete the work and be available for travel.
