WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Experience in support work (HelpDesk) - Experience with computer hardware work. - Basic knowledge of networks (Troubleshooting (Ping, trace) to be able to identify connectivity problems) - Trained to work under pressure and able to respond to high volume of work. - Ability to work in a team. - Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem solving.
