Customer Service & Sales:

Completes all company and departmental paperwork accurately, including Price Change Bulletins, Operation Actions, Red Tags, and Bin Tags.
Receives, opens, and unpacks cartons or crates of merchandise, checking paperwork against items received when required, and replenishes stock when necessary.
Displays and maintains merchandise on end caps, shelves, counters or tables following company plan-o-gram, building displays when necessary to attract customers and promote sales within specified guidelines by your management team.
Maintains on-hand integrity through inventory adjustment reports including; cycle count, negative on-hand.
Follows the nightly maintenance checklist to ensure proper store recovery and cleanliness.
Maintains familiarity with new products and ad merchandise.
Has sound awareness of surroundings, customers, etc. and practices loss prevention techniques to minimize shoplifting losses.
Working knowledge of the tools available to operate the store; including, but not limited to: RF Gun, Back Office Procedures and the use of Store Opportunities.
Follows GLA policies and procedures for all transactions. Engages the customer to ensure they are receiving all the benefits of being an Ace Rewards member and actively seeking participation from them.

The PositionWe are currently seeking a FieldServiceTechnician for our Detroit area market to perform all service work on our filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. Job Summary:
The Regional Pharmacy Operations Compliance Technician provides ongoing operational, procedural and sterile compounding support (education, training, competencies and best practices in the Vital Care Way) to the Franchise pharmacies. This role is responsible for completing ongoing, onsite surveillance and monitoring of Franchise pharmacies within the company, including pharmacy operations, nursing (if applicable), administrative/clerical, and sales in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures. The Regional Pharmacy Operations Compliance Technicians collect and report on the Franchise pharmacy through a Franchise checklist, Accreditation readiness tools, Quality Site Assessment, and other Franchisor metric tools and report to the Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations for further follow-up. Maintains communications with Vital Care Infusion corporate offices on infusion and specialty business. The Regional Pharmacy Operations Compliance Technicians provide feedback on policy, process, and techniques to franchise pharmacies to reinforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as Vital Care policies and procedures. The Regional Pharmacy Operations Compliance Technicians reviews and recommends improvements in the activities of all franchise pharmacy personnel, as well as quality control, creation, completion and updating of performance improvement procedures, monitoring, tracking, and trending of outcomes, and education of support staff under the supervision of the Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Operational and Performance Improvement Related:
Performance of pharmacy operations assessment activities assessing compliance with regulatory, accreditation and ethical standards and assuring activities are in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Review of pharmacy Performance Improvement and outcomes reporting and collection and monitoring, tracking and trending of results for continuous performance improvement.
Demonstrates sound operational knowledge, leadership, and stewardship attributing to the provision of support to the Franchise pharmacies driving key objectives and results.
Uses available resources to gather information on the appropriateness of activities related to medication dispensing, compounding of sterile preparations, equipment use, and patient management/monitoring in the home and alternate site of care.
Demonstrates understanding of USP 797/800 standards, accreditation standards, and current State Board of Pharmacy (BOP) regulations.
Observes, monitors, and assesses compliance with accreditation standards and performs Quality Site Assessments at franchise locations.
Acts as a resource to support franchise owners and staff, driving high-quality patient care and efficient operations at franchise locations.
Stays knowledgeable of current industry practices and incorporates them into the support provided throughout the organization.
Assists with employee orientation and preceptor responsibilities as needed.

Job Title: FieldService Engineer (Remote)
DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of the FieldService Engineer is to provide The Company's customers with on-site repair, troubleshooting, programming or maintenance services for The Company's Robots and related system peripheral equipment on an emergency or unscheduled basis.
The FieldService Engineer must be able to travel to a customer site on a moment's notice and remain on-site for the duration of time required to perform the troubleshooting and repair functions. Assignments may involve long hours, night, weekend and holiday work.
Air travel is sometimes required.
Customers may contact the 24-hour Hotline or the remote service engineer for service requests, which are logged in the Technical Service Log by the person contacted.
If the call is received by the Hotline, it is assigned to a Service Engineer by the Service Dispatcher. It is the Service Engineer's responsibility to schedule the call with the customer, identify and obtain any parts or software required.
Upon the completion of the call a FieldService Report describing the problem, the corrective action and detailing the labor, material and travel expense costs is provided to the customer and then returned to HQ for processing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to discuss, diagnosis & repair robot operational and process problems as reported by the customer or Hotline
Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of the Company's Robots and controllers, electrical control devices, and peripheral equipment
Primary responsibility is to support The Company's Robot products.
Documenting The Company's products and related peripheral equipment performance, failure modes and reporting results for the purpose of troubleshooting, repairing, and restarting the system
Daily reporting to the Service Supervisor & Dispatch to update status & availability
Completion of a FieldService report for each customer call
Maintenance of a service tool kit and documentation to facilitate rapid customer response
Perform warranty service on The Company's products
Coordinate responsibilities, activities, and schedule with Service Supervisor to insure customer satisfaction, proper billing, and support collections activities
Communicate frequently with involved The Company's America employees and customer employees to insure that expectations are being met
Return of parts shipped for the service call but not purchased by the customer or defective parts replaced under warranty
Maintenance of a home office for coordinating activities in between service calls
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Expert in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic prints and related technical documentation.
Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder logic
Minimum previous experience with The Company's robots, controllers and peripheral equipment on RJ3iB, R30iA, and R30iB control platforms
Previous experience with The Company's application software and programming
Previous experience with common robot applications (spot welding, arc welding, material handling)
Ability to utilize common PC and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
