Call volume is variable but is usually 1-3 calls per day You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you. You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day. You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
