The Contract Field Specialist (CFS) provides operational and oversight support to regional and national field teams responsible for monitoring the implementation of a government program with respect to the care and placement of participants in a network of grant funded care provider programs. This position is based is in Phoenix, AZ.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Provide operational support to local federal field staff, including tracking of cases, compiling various reports, entering updates into agency system, and coordinating with various government agencies as requested.

+ Provide oversight support to federal field staff, through conducting onsite assessments of care providers based on different triggers identified by regional federal supervisor, including:

+ Case flow and how they affect length of care

+ Issues identified by federal staff

+ Findings of monitoring visits

+ As part of follow-up activities to stop placements and corrective actions

+ Following the assessments, provide summary analysis and recommendations to applicable parties, and immediately report urgent issues, especially those related to the safety and welfare of program participants.

+ Provide in-person technical assistance and interview support to the monitoring team.

+ As requested, provide remote or on-site best practice recommendations and technical assistance to federal staff and care providers based on observed trends and an established understanding of policies and procedures.

+ As requested, travel and support various influx facilities.

+ Monitor database data entries by program staff to supplement assessment analysis and to ensure quality and timeliness of data entry.

+ Serve as liaison between care providers and consulates by processing all requests to and from consulates pertaining to specific care providers.

+ Assist individual case workers with accessing files from various care providers regarding specific cases.

+ Additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Flexible work schedule is required; potential weekend coverage. Travel to facilities required and will be reimbursed as per Federal travel regulations. This position requires a Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

**Education**

Bachelor of Arts in Social Work or related discipline

Graduate degree and training in child welfare best practices preferred

Responsibilities

+ Responsible for overseeing solar site land development activities from design plan preparation through closeout to help insure projects are environmentally compliant.

+ Evaluate land development plans during design and construction for environmental impacts.

Qualifications

The Field Experience(FieldX) team is a part of our larger North America Marketing team; focused on extending our reach and influence in wholesale, gathering consumer insights from the field, and growing our Grass Roots partnerships.

You are an extension of many of our internal partners: focusing on enhanced brand and product training, collecting consumer insights and identifying consumer patterns, and activating your community through a multitude of events.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

DTC, Wholesale and Specialty retailer visits within a defined market to elevate brand affinity for sales associates, managers, owners and consumers alike

Activate on the experiential marketing plans to launch new products or align with current high priority products, including: leading tech clinics, try on events with consumers, meetings with community marketing managers and executing grassroots marketing activations

Leverage available resources and partners to ensure expertise in product knowledge and Under Armour Brand

Build credibility in the local active community and with assigned retailers to drive strength of partnership and consideration

Manage a micro-influencer seeding budget to help create buzz regarding new product launches and increase brand loyalty

Support growth driving initiatives such as customization(UA Icon), subscription outfitting(ArmourBox) and bulk orders

Gather consumer feedback to fully understand the retail environment and deliver feedback to North American Marketing to improve future marketing plans and unlock future product enhancements

Research market trends, the retail landscape, and competitive products

Routine reporting on market trends, product feedback, insights and consumer feedback: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual

Complete activation recaps with performance statistics and opportunities for future growth

Deliver within allocated budget

Develop and implement new routines and best practices for achieving annual goals
