Field supervisor job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise food prep work while maintaining food quality, plate presentation and sanitation standards.
• Verify that all portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures are maintained by kitchen associates.
• Supervise all associates and food production in their area.
• Partner with service personnel and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
• Maintain all kitchen equipment in full working order.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers at all times.
• Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according proper guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as a Cook required.
• At least 1 year experience in a Supervisor role required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive and detailed oriented.
• Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions.

Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip etc. a variety of foods and liquids.
• Ability to lift and carry large pans from ovens or freezers, weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Standing and walking for entire length of shift.

Responsibilities



SCOPE OF WORK:


Performs installations, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential, commercial, and industrial electrical industry.


Internally:


Reports to the Lead Person/Field Supervisor and interacts with other field personnel and support staff (e.g. Estimating, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and other Corporate services staff).


Externally:


May interact with owners, owner representatives, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors, and others who are associated with project related activities. Will work with assigned field personnel reporting to him/her (usually 1-6 employees).


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Responsible for the on-site management of assigned construction tasks/projects and assigned field personnel so as to ensure the scheduled completion of the project within established budget, time and quality standards while following standard operating procedures. Helps to establish performance goals and reviews project documents, plans, and specifications in order to effectively direct construction activities. Resolves conflicts related to construction of the project as well as personnel difficulties. Coordinates field installations and project close-outs, as well as develops and maintains customer/client relationships.

EDUCATION: High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience. EXPERIENCE: Four or more years of Hospital Site Leadership experience

Overview

We are looking for a
Field Supervisor PC
to join our team. This posiiton will report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC, CDS Operations Manager and will be resposibile for conducting on-site client evaluations and develops service plan in conjunction with the authorization and performs other field visits as assigned.

• Completes visits as scheduled and reports daily to scheduler
• Recruits, hires, trains and supervises attendants
• Completes the appropriate forms, attaches to the Daily Visit Report and turns into the office within 48 hours of visit

About You

• Two years full-time study at an accredited college or university or individuals hired with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) may substitute one year of full time employment in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility, agency or community based agency for each required year of college.
• PHC, MC experience preferred

This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
