Duties and Responsibilities: The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional leadership for the field service team within their assigned service territory. The Field Service Supervisor will also be the primary contact for all customer escalations within assigned service territory. The team of field service personnel are responsible for performing on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for growing the revenue in the territory and delivering service that meets the regions profitability goals.
In addition, the Field Service Supervisor will develop and grow all Service delivery quality and capability:
Supervise Service team to deliver Equipment Channels and Customers, start-up, extended warranty, contracts, and billable service across all product lines including Industrial, Commercial, National Accounts, High Temperature (incl. Zeol)
Ensure alignment of internal and external resources when delivering Service Labor, Parts, and Retrofits to end customer o Internal resources to include Parts Sales Specialists, Contract Sales Specialists, Project Sales, and Service Coordination
Provide back-office service administration related to but not limited to:
Time sheet entry
Expense report review, preparation, submission, and approval for payment
Service Report Creation and review of field technician narrative
Performance Value reports
Refrigeration Set-up reports
Measure service delivery activities and results:
Technician utilization and Revenue/ Warranty cost generation per technician
Conformance to Service Report generation, for content, quality, and communication style
Measure and report on install base penetration
Rates Technicians on Customer satisfaction and First-time fix rate
Supports Service Team in employee evaluation and performance improvement
Responsible to convey the customer experience to our organization through C2 customer complaint system
Support Services sales promotions, tools, and goals
Interact with Service Sales to provide feedback on scope definition and cost to perform, and share leads
Interact with Service Engineering to provide feedback on technical support quality and availability
Interact with Equipment Sales to share leads and to build Service Sales
Manage all customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the relevant departments
Participates in recruiting activities as necessary to support staffing efforts • Advises Supervisor or other appropriate personnel regarding schedule conflicts, service-related issues, equipment problems/issues, employee issues and any other job-related issues
Participates as necessary in new hire orientation, field training and on-going education activities to insure that employees know proper techniques, procedures, and work rules
Performs quality assurance checks in the field
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a business concentration plus years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience to commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in addition to the following:
Highly motivated and skilled at complaint handling and issue resolution
Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and maintenance procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous experience working in a fast-paced service operation, scheduling or dispatching strongly preferred
Previous management or team lead experience Leadership (if applicable) Use leadership competencies in the PDA
Ability to travel (at short notice) to multiple site locations to meet the needs of the business as necessary
Have a valid Driver license with an excellent driving record
Ability to effectively partner with cross functional teams to meet performance objectives and to support mission and vision of the Company Physical Requirements:

As Eos Field Service Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role for Eos' success of our field service execution. You will provide (site) leadership and guidance for commissioning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining Eos' Energy storage systems in the field. Both domestically and internationally. You will provide onsite support independently or lead a field service team to accomplish assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of field technicians/engineers to commission large Eos energy systems. As a leader, you will set the tone on the job and is expected to foster a positive work experience for all who work on the team.
Organize and oversee the day-to-day workflow operations.
Support material management activities for all site activities.
Read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. Provide guidance and direction with respect to the project quality and safety requirements.
Ensure Preventative Maintenance is completed on Eos energy systems, independently or leading teams.
On-site Point of Contact for customers, service partners, etc. Field escalation path for solving complex problems
When required, independently commission and operate Eos energy systems, locally or remote
Mentor field service engineers (FSE) in operating and commissioning Eos energy systems. Mentor field service technicians (FST) in troubleshooting and operating field equipment
Assist in creating or revising system, customer-facing, and internal commissioning documentation
Support Product Engineering for testing of the complete system, including BMS interface.

Utilize company-provided Field Service and Work Order Management tools to retrieve and update information timely and accurately.
Write reports, record customers' concerns regarding the functionality and performance of their system and interact directly with the customer.

About this Role
FiberTel, LLC is hiring a Telecom Field Supervisor for our Sacramento, CA location.
The Telecom Field Supervisor will oversee the operations of multiple construction sites and the daily activities at each site. She/he will be responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials. He/she will supervise the foreman and crews performing work at each job site. This position will be accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
All phases of telecommunication construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment.
Maintain strict build-out schedule and make changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met

Work Environment

After several of these 3-6-month Hotel renovation projects over a few years, our intent is to grow our Field PM's into senior construction managers who oversee multiple projects at once, work remotely, and only have to visit the site once per month. There is room for career growth.
Work Hours: 8am - 5pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday, and sometimes weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:
Project manage one or multiple projects concurrently. Projects may be in different stages of the project life cycle and be of different size/scale.
Provide bi-weekly written reports for both internal and external review.
Manage client relationships onsite with the hotel manager. The hotels are often 50-70% operational during construction.
Forecast and recruit resources needed to reach our goals.
Manage labor and material resources in an effective and efficient manner to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Assist in tracking project costs to meet budget.
Assist in developing and managing detailed Project Schedules and Guestroom Displacement Schedules.
Develop and manage Site Safety Plans, Logistics Plans, and Phasing Plans.
Lead Weekly OAC meetings and internal project meetings.
Create, track, and follow up Meeting Minutes/ Action Items.
Manage contracts and relationships with subcontractors and vendors by ensuring scope alignment, risk mitigation and legal compliance.
Review subcontractor and vendor invoices and verify progress completions.
Measure project performance to identify areas for schedule and cost improvements.
Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
Brainstorming, improvising, and problem solving when confronted with challenges. Strategizing on potential solutions internally before presenting a challenge to external stakeholders.

Performing punch walks, creating punchlists, and managing punch completion.
Utilize industry and building code best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Creating and submitting Project Billings. Contributing to and implementing InnSpace Construction Excellence plan.

The Project Supervisor has supervisory responsibility for the crew assigned and managerial responsibility for the projects completed by the crew. The Project Supervisor must ensure the crew is completing the project per the specification and within the budget. Customer satisfaction is among the highest priorities and is achieved through the safe delivery of a quality roof, good communications, and being invisible. A key role for the Project Supervisor is the development of crew personnel as world class roofers. The Project Supervisor completes the project on time and on budget, to the satisfaction of the building owner.
* Manage the crew for the installation of a quality roof in a safe and timely manner, while maintaining job profitability
* Continually develops, trains and coaches the crew
* Disciplines crew personnel when necessary for lack of performance and/or for violating company policies and procedures
* Maintain good customer relations - act as liaison between management and the customer
* Record work performed daily using daily reports; report crew time accurately using laptop computer
* Review requisitions to determine materials needed and work with the shop to make sure all materials get to the job site; discuss and revise delivery schedules when needed
* Attend pre-construction meetings
* Determine job-specific safety guidelines/procedures keeping in line with D. C. Taylor Co. requirements
* Obtain building permits
* Perform Job Hazard Analysis
* Monitor job site inventory, assess short falls, and order additional materials in a timely manner
* Maintain company assigned vehicle and other resources required for roof installation and safety
Essential
* Commercial roofing field experience.
* Current valid driver's license.
* Ability to use/learn business technology.
* English fluency.
* Capable of working at elevations and performing strenuous activity relative to staging, carrying, and disposing of roofing material and equipment.
* Ability to travel up to five weeks at a time, typically throughout the Midwest.
Preferred
* OSHA 30-hour certification.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish.
