We are looking for a Field Technical Representative who has the right mix of technical prowess and business savvy and can confidently find, select, resource and win new business opportunities. Other qualifications include intermediate experience using Excel and PowerPoint office tools and can quickly become competent on CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Oracle, Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI. This person should be a self-starter who can prioritize their activities to maximize Design Wins and Sales Revenue around the electronic component products and services they support. This person should be conscious of the value of the opportunities they are driving and provide appropriate levels of support and resources with a effort to maximize sales revenue and design wins. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly respond and support our salespeople with their customer's technical issues while also finding and driving new opportunities on their own. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly learn the company's sales support systems to confidently search for new leads to pursue with or without the responsible account manager.What You'll Be Doing:Responsible for utilizing an advanced understanding of the customer needs and technical leadership expertise to champion return on engineering investment.Participate as technical lead on large, complex customer engagements involving broad, system solutions and identify and drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs.Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing advanced technical support and consulting to promote demand creation. Champion return on engineering investment, design win priorities, initiatives, and promotions by obtaining buy-in and support from sales. Provide technical leadership to the branch, customers, and suppliers shaping strategy and guiding technical direction/priorities.Demonstrate an advanced understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of supplier technologies and how those technologies relate to market needs, including vertical segmentation. Position Arrow's differential value proposition, supplier technologies, as well as, competitor technologies. Possess a complete knowledge of products and full knowledge of entire scope of assigned lines. Has sound product knowledge of Arrow's line card. Attend supplier trainings.Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships with senior level decision makers, keeping stakeholders up-to-date on activities, plans, and progressing towards initiatives. Deepen and broaden connections with key decision makers within suppliers and customers.Attend and actively participate in strategic branch meetings and QBR. Use ROI concepts for making strategic business plans and decisions. Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line or customer solutions. Successfully create, organize and conduct engineering customer events or conference or engineering training. Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$78,100.00 - $165,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

SAIC is seeking to provide an Information Technology (IT) Representative to support the Army National Guard J2 in Arlington, VA at the TARC. The position is primarily on site; some limited remote telework may be available, subject to customer requirements.

* The employee shall perform a wide range of IT duties and tasks. They will be responsible for managing the installation and maintaining of JWICS IT systems at the National Guard Bureau's J2 SCIF in Arlington, VA

* Ensure that all JWICS IT systems are logged on regularly, receive all required software updates, are properly configured, and are operable to perform all required functions.

* Coordination with Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) in addition to conducting onsite and remote JWICS network installation, site surveys and troubleshooting.

* Installation, baseline configuring, imaging, and re-imaging of ARNG JWICS IT systems, including routers, switches, and KG devices
* Support the procurement of JWICS IT related equipment.
* Provisioning and de-provisioning of JWICS IT accounts for NGB personnel.

Education and Experience Requirement:

* Bachelors and nine (9) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.

Required Security Clearance:

* Required Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Travel:

* Up to 10% of the time

Desired Certifications:

* Sec or higher certification
* CCNA or higher certification
* SSCP or higher certification

Required Skills:

* Experience with configuring Cisco routing and switching hardware, to include applying baseline configurations
* Basic knowledge of MPLS licensing associated with 4000 series Cisco routers or newer
* Basic knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting crypto devices, to include KG-175
* Consoling into device for initial setup and/or reconfiguring
* Basic knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and UL2050 certification
* Basic familiarization of TSVOIP telephony devices
* Basic familiarization of telecommunications wiring, patching, creation, and termination of CAT6 and fiber cables
* Strong ability to work with external stakeholders and other IT professionals to support local operations
