SCOPE:
The Field Technology Specialist serves as an integral part of the IT team, which delivers products and services that support field projects and field teams. You will support field-focused projects and the internal and external teams and BT partners working directly with translators.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Communicate with field staff regarding hardware/software solutions and recommendations related to user issues, concerns related to translation software, processes and other related matters.
