Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Maintains BHA facilities including all communal areas and offices. Cleans all surfaces, removes trash, cleans windows and replaces light bulbs.
Completes minor maintenance and custodial work order tasks as directed in a timely and efficient manner, including reviewing tasks, acquiring supplies, and performing tasks.
Cleans vacated units.
Walks property interiors and exteriors. Picks up and disposes of trash, removes items from trash enclosures, and identifies areas of tenant non-compliance and areas in need of attention or repair. Reports findings to maintenance and leasing staff for additional follow-up.
Performs routine pest control functions as needed.
Assist with garbage and furniture pickup and delivery to refuse locations.
Performs regular roof and solar panel cleaning.
Programs call boxes and deliver keys/cards.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintains equipment in clean and proper working order.
Properly requisitions necessary supplies.
On occasion works overnight to wax floors.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
This position primarily works indoors in vacant housing units, "community" areas and administrative areas of housing authority facilities. Some work is performed on the ground's areas adjoining these facilities. Incumbents must be able to effectively utilize cleaning tools such as vacuums, buffers, carpet cleaners, etc. and properly handle cleaning chemicals. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a routine basis and 75 lbs. with assistance.

RV Country is looking for skilled RV Technicians to join our team! In this role, you'll use your mechanical know-how to diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs, helping our customers get back on the road and enjoy their adventures. Job Responsibilities
Examine and diagnose RV problems.
Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor.
Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.
Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.
Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
Attend company and factory training.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Good communication skills for working with service advisors, foremen, and team members
Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements:
