In this role, you will report to the Customer Care Manager and work closely with multiple departments, including sales, engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure customer expectations are exceeded with each assignment. You will travel to customer sites to perform planned services, troubleshoot issues, make repairs, recommend spare parts, provide customer phone support, and complete upgrades and modernization of equipment. You will be responsible to deliver total equipment lifecycle management services including, installation, start up and commissioning, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment audits and training. A qualified candidate will possess the electrical and mechanical aptitudes in order to effectively communicate issues or problems discovered in the field and the discipline to be able to perform in time-pressured and intensive work requirements. This position will require a minimum of 6-8 weeks of onsite training at our factory in Lowell, Arkansas. Additional in the field training with senior field service technicians will follow at customer sites.
