    Job Description Primary job functions include working under a Field Service Superintendent on projects sites and leading a crew onsite with executing tasks assigned by site superintendent. Maintain flexibility to support evolving training needs during periods of accelerated growth. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a cable technician in structured cabling or data center environments (non-residential). Solid technical knowledge of cabling systems, installation methods, and industry standards. Ability and willingness to speak in front of groups and facilitate adult learning. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership aptitude and professional presence to instruct, guide, and influence others. Willingness to work onsite in Salinas, PR and relocate if residing more than 60 miles from the area. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with fiber optic cabling. BICSI certifications (preferred but not required). Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, lead technician, or mentor.
