Job Category Retail Position Summary The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a unique hybrid role for stores and is intended as a key pipeline for future career-growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal. Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls. You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service. Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

    About The Navys Advanced Electronics / Computer Field (AECF) offers extensive training in electronics, computer systems, radar, communications, and weapons fire control systems, including the Navys advanced missile systems and Aegis radar. These technicians are essential to the ships Combat Systems department, ensuring readiness for combat operations across the fleet. Responsibilities As an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC), you may: Maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment. Operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, mainframe computers, large screen displays, LANs, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems. Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems used in weapons systems. Support combat systems readiness aboard aircraft carriers, Aegis cruisers, and other surface ships. Work Environment ETs and FCs serve on fleet units worldwide and at shore-based repair facilities. Expect assignments aboard ships, at remote stations, and in technical repair shops. Work is highly technical, requiring precision and teamwork.
