Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

Understands the refrigeration system concepts and can fully troubleshoot and diagnose refrigeration problems. Proficient in brazing and soldering. Holds a universal refrigeration card.
Extensive knowledge in Controls, has experience with troubleshooting, programming, or downloading to controls systems. Understands PLC's and how to work with all types of platforms. Knows how to access information from PLC's and be able to adjust. Able to connect to a PLC with a computer to communicate and make changes.
(Optional) State Licensed Master HVAC mechanic. This requires years of experience, training and testing along with experience working under other experienced professionals to achieve.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Perform quality control review, field observation, testing, and sampling of construction materials, including soils, concrete, masonry, pavement, and steel construction
+ Perform Certified Construction Review (CCR) services related to routine review of erosion and sediment controls, and during the construction of stormwater management facilities
+ Perform Resident Project Representative review and oversight of contractors on a variety of municipal and civil engineering and construction projects, including stormwater, water, and wastewater systems, street, sidewalk, and drainage improvements
+ Completion of field documentation and reports in a timely manner, including job safety analysis (JSA) forms, project field reports, field notes, soil/concrete/asphalt datasheets, soil boring logs, tables, chain-of-custody forms, and other illustrations to document and summarize project data
+ Operation of various types of field equipment (e.g., GPS, data loggers, survey level, combustible gas meters, nuclear density gauge, etc.)
+ Collect data through independent research and file review
+ Perform basic computations and process data using computer software or other established methods
+ Safely operate and maintain company vehicles
**What You Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
+ 0 to 4 years of experience with construction observation, reporting, and consultation
+ Certifications for testing and field review (preferred), including American Concrete Institute (ACI), International Code Council (ICC), American Portage Nuclear Gauge Association (APNGA), and OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER.
+ Passing of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam (preferred)
+ Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally with or without accommodation, sometimes over substantial distances

The Environmental Field Laborer (Field Tech) must be able to work in compliance on various remediation and industrial maintenance projects. Execution of field work encompassed in remediation and industrial maintenance projects while under direct or indirect supervision.
Correct completion of all job-specific, employee-related MER paper work including Timesheets, Daily Work Reports, Driver's Logs and Daily Tailgate Safety Meeting Forms.
Understand and work within project's detailed scope-of-work to maintain strict compliance with contract documents, project schedules, and corporate policies and procedures.
