Role Description

Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Field Technician for our laboratory to support the overall operation of the laboratory by ensuring samples are picked up, stored, and delivered to the designated laboratory location. Operating company vehicles, Couriers travel to client locations to collect environmental samples and deliver them to our laboratory. Upon pick up, Couriers are expected to thoroughly document their pickups and store the samples in accordance to our SOPs to ensure the integrity of the samples during transit.
This is a part-time position, with no experience required. Must be over 21, have a clean driving record, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Working under the direction of the Field Service Manager, Couriers support the overall operation of the laboratory by ensuring samples are picked up, stored and delivered to the designated laboratory locations in an efficient and timely manner while following all established SOP's and safety guidelines.

About the Role
We are looking for seasoned, experienced composite blade field repair technicians to join our growing world-class team. TPI Level 4 Field Repair Technicians are responsible for performing complex, multi-layer composite wind damage assessment, repair, finishing, and inspection at wind farm locations throughout the United States. Level 4 technicians also support the work of lesser-experienced technicians and assist in their development. Perform wet layup.
Remove defect areas.
Plan repair buildup.
Wet layup or infusion of glass back into blade.

Understand repair instructions and perform the proper repair based on the information of the defect in the non-conformance report.
Complete repair detail sheets for each repair performed.

Lead a small crew to project completion as needed.

Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 4-6 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

Education/ Skills/ Experience:
Experience in blade repair at wind farms.
Self-rescue certification and First Aid/CPR.

Experience with blade repair chemicals.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised as well as in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

This role performs structured cabling and low-voltage electrical support for network infrastructure projects under the guidance of senior staff. Technicians in this role participate in the ABC of Iowa Apprenticeship Program and work toward obtaining an Electrical Journeyman License while building proficiency in structured cabling systems and network pathway infrastructure. This position is an entry level position.

* Provides support for routine network infrastructure components, including network switches and routers.
* Tests, troubleshoots, and configures existing network systems.
* Performs network maintenance to ensure network operates correctly with minimal interruption.
* Monitors data traffic and controls network resource performance to ensure high-quality transmission.
