Day-to-Day
Review, validate, and create engineering / technical documentation. Provide Tier III Field Service support and troubleshooting.
Verifying / Validating installations, maintenance and operation of all types of control devices and industrial type equipment.
Integrate with multiple departments utilizing technical knowledge to support equipment lifecycle support programs.
Responsibilities:
* Provides field support by phone and through on-site visits in the analysis, evaluation, and resolution of equipment system malfunctions and performance deterioration.

Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled

Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.

You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
+ Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
+ Maintain a service van and its inventory.
+ Process paperwork after completion of each job.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
+ Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.

The Crusher Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician performs diagnostic and repair work on construction equipment in the field. They are dispatched through the service office and typically work with little supervision.
