This involves selling parts, filling out paperwork to document the superb work being performed, and helpfully answering customer questions, providing technical support/customer education, and converting any grumpy customers into happy ones. Additional calls along a route may be added if they come in, so be prepared to call an audible. A day ends by driving directly home from your last call and putting your feet up. Also we don't just handle the old and broken, but we do shiny new doors too! Our door techs can have the fun of installing those new door systems as well. Variety is the spice of life for an automatic door tech.
