We're seeking a dedicated FieldTechnician Turn to expedite our tenant turn process and uphold our property quality standards. You'll be entrusted with a portfolio of single-family home units.
Responsibilities:
Maintain property inventory to our standards by conducting tenant turns, move-out inspections, and overseeing contractor work.
Coordinate tenants move-out processes, including physical move-outs, key exchanges, property condition assessments, and report completion.
Inspect work completed by contractors to ensure it meets specifications and our standards.
Attend eviction property set outs and eviction hearings as needed.
Perform self-work at properties using appropriate tools and ladders, following established processes and guidelines.
Provide troubleshooting support for plumbing, garage door, irrigation, and electrical issues.
Requirements:
High School diploma/GED is preferred
Minimum two years of experience in Residential/Property Maintenance or related field is required, or five years of experience in lieu of education.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is necessary.
Experience with an Apple iPad, HVAC, Resco, and CRM preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Universal EPA Certification or HVAC Type II Certification preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety methods (OSHA) is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to multitask, exercise discretion and independent judgement, work in a team environment, pay close attention to details, and adapt to a changing environment.
Proficiency in English, basic measurement and calculations, and the ability to physically maneuver 300 lbs. are necessary.
Be comfortable lifting/carrying: 75 pounds to waist height, 75 pounds to shoulder height, 20 pounds above the head.
Capable to operate a motor vehicle and climb ladders (A-frame and extension ladders) to perform tasks such as tree trimming and removal of debris and leaves from roof gutters.
Compensation
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
Additional Compensation
This position is eligible to receive quarterly bonus payments.

JOB SUMMARY
The technicians must be able to complete diagnosis of any mechanical, electrical, or other various failures/breakdowns of a truck or its related equipment. Rise Broadband is seeking a highly motivated Field Network Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and repair of telecommunications towers and related equipment. The technician will work with a team to ensure that all towers are in good working condition, meet safety standards, and are operating at maximum efficiency.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on telecommunications towers and related equipment, including replacing or repairing parts as needed
Conduct inspections of towers and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Install new telecommunications equipment on towers, including antennas, cables, and related hardware
Work with a team to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with tower equipment and systems
Use specialized tools and equipment, such as hand tools, power tools, and electronic testing equipment, to complete assigned tasks
Climb towers to access equipment and perform maintenance and repair work
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working at heights and in potentially hazardous environments
Complete all required paperwork and documentation related to job duties
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working in telecommunications tower maintenance, repair, or installation preferred
Ability to work at heights up to 400 feet and in potentially hazardous environments required
Comfort with climbing ladders, towers, and other elevated structures required
Ability to work with equipment that has a weight limit of 260 lbs or less required.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics required
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work independently or as part of a team required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Working Conditions
Employee is constantly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. Must possess physical conditioning and stamina to climb heights up to 400 feet and perform physically demanding tasks at such heights. Must be able to frequently climb a ladder and work in an elevated position. On a constant basis, must safely lift, carry and maneuver heavy or awkward objects 100 pounds or more, with or without assistance. Specific vision abilities required include close up, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Full spectrum color vision required.
Must be able to work safely in a field or office environment. Must be adept at working in adverse weather conditions.
Daily travel within the Company's geographical footprint is required.

Summary
Responsible for tasks assigned by the Company in connection with service order and repair activity on fiber network facilities between and including the customer-serving terminal and into the customer's premise, as well as installation activity at the fiber hub. These tasks may include, but not be limited to, installation and maintenance of voice, data and video equipment and/or service at the customer premise. In addition to providing revenue enhancing offers to the customer. Performs other duties as required.
General Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Installs, removes, rearranges, programs, tests, troubleshoots and maintains fiber network services.
* Installs and configures routers, set top boxes. Interacts with Advanced Technical Services as needed. May install appropriate inside wire/cable (such as Cat 5E, Coaxial cable).
* Installs, maintains and repairs outside and inside fiber equipment/facilities including inside wiring and fiber jumpers at the distribution hub. Activates the ONT, STB and router at customer premise.
* Interfaces with customer to negotiate the placement of equipment. Trains the customer on how to use the new equipment. Ensures the customer is satisfied with the work that has been done. Responds to inquiries and provides follow-up.
* Interprets schematic work order drawings to determine job specifications and installation needs. Orders and/or obtains required equipment. Effects problem solving where appropriate.
* Utilizes various test equipment to analyze equipment trouble and takes appropriate maintenance action.
* May be required to perform other duties of the Customer Zone Technician II classification.
* May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company.
Basic Qualifications
* Tests - Results obtained in standard tests for this position must meet minimum requirements established by the Company, in accordance with Company policy.
* Must meet Frontier's standards of professionalism in communications and appearance.
* Must wear Frontier branded attire. Wears appropriate safety apparel and is aware of and follows all established safety practices and procedures.
* Ability to sell voice, data and video products/services.
* Ability to identify and distinguish audible tones/levels and colors.
* Ability to work in confined areas.
* Ability to lift and carry tool boxes, drop wire, parts containers and installation loads, test equipment, etc.
* Ability to work aloft. In some areas, pole climbing may not be a requirement; for locations where pole climbing is required, a candidate must meet the course qualification standard.
* Ability to lift, carry, set-up, climb and take down ladders.
* Ability to communicate naturally and pleasantly over the telephone.
* Ability to professionally communicate extensively in person during in-home installation.
Requires alertness and attention to detail. Ability to work under stress.
* A valid driver's license. Able to meet medical and driver certification requirements as established by the DOT Federal Highway Safety Act. Not restricted to daylight hours. May require more specialized drivers' license based on State Laws and Regulations.
* Able to read and interpret architectural, electrical wiring diagrams.
* Able to operate applicable test equipment.
* Must be available to work tours as scheduled including nights, weekends, and holidays and for callouts and/or overtime as required.
* One year of experience in one or a combination of: Cable Splicer, Customer Engineer-Data Application, Customer Equipment Technician, Customer Zone Technician II, Customer Zone Technician I, Equipment Installer, Fiber Customer Support Analyst, Fiber Network Technician.
Education
Degree in electronics technology from an accredited or recognized educational institution or equivalent experience.
