The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing our on-site technical customer service. This individual will be responsible for chemical tests, chemical feed and control equipment maintenance, chemical inventory management, technical recommendations, and written service reports ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Travels up to 75% of the time to various project sites and maintains MPW Water Purification Equipment. Works closely with the customer, daily, to troubleshoot and repair system operational problems and makes corrections when appropriate. The Distribution Field Technician will be responsible for inspecting overhead and underground electrical distribution equipment, compiling field data, preparing minor work orders, and maintaining reports of distribution equipment. The role involves measuring and mapping out Low Voltage Distribution systems, identifying and recording electrical equipment on poles, and performing various field technical services for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems.
