Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. · May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks.
· Conforms and complies with customer contractor codes of conduct, housekeeping standards, and safety processes
· Documents work performed in service reports, applicable management systems, and written explanation regarding observation and collected equipment performance data.
· Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to project teams. Performs expert functions as a part of training and development.
· Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/ hardware and configuration problems.
· Utilizes advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data. Observes trends and makes recommendations.
· Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.
· Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.

Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

What you'll do
Installation/Service Support & Measuring
Run the assigned jobs on behalf of the company and our clients. Each Installation Technician will be assigned multiple jobs per day, each with an arrival time expectation to the client's home.
Install all product types (shutters, shades, blinds, cornices, draperies) and/or measure client windows pre-installation as required.
Maintain a high First Time Right (completion rate) for installations and services. Utilize spare components or hardware from their trucks and/or as necessary should cut down or amend the blind configuration to ensure the job is satisfactorily completed. Advise the Field Managers and Warehouse Manager if product arrives damaged, missing components or is incomplete in terms of window coverings required for the client.
Report into the Field Manager anytime a job cannot be completed and walk through the detailed circumstances that contributed to the incomplete outcome.
Care for the client in the home and reassure that the job will be corrected to exceed their expectations.
Call the Installation Support department from the jobsite, advise the cause of the incomplete, and work with the client to select a return date and time to complete the order.

Job Duties:
* Lay 6" and 8" block, primarily at elevator fronts in 4-story buildings.
* Follow plans for wall layout and bonding.
* Maintain clean work areas; perform float finishing and pointing on top courses.
* Work safely on 3' scaffolding built to OSHA standards.
* Lift heavy materials consistently and assist with mortar mixing.
* Operate power tools, including wet cut saws.
* Occasionally drive company trucks and pull 16' trailers.
* Work closely with masons to maximize productivity.
* Ensure all work areas and company equipment are clean and maintained.
* Follow all safety guidelines at all times.
* Point, patch, and rub precast concrete elements.
Work Environment:

We're currently looking for 6:00AM to Finish, working Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend work based on business needs. What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida Field Service Installer, you will be responsible for performing installations, removals and relocations of fountain equipment at customer accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs installations, removals relocations, surveys and basic service of fountain equipment.
Responsible for performing electrical and mechanical services on fountain dispensing equipment.
Maneuver equipment in order to perform all mechanical services on fountain equipment including preventative maintenance.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Prepare/Install equipment in accordance with company standards.
Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and order new supplies as needed.
Maintain and complete required paperwork, such as work tickets, parts list, electronic surveys, work order close-outs, etc.
Provide quality customer service.
Position requires flexibility. Weekends and holidays may be required.
Must follow all Company/DOT vehicle policies. Smith-System, Geotab, Lytx (Dashcams), etc.
