Responsibilities:
Maintain store equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, petroleum equipment and overall facility in good working order
Troubleshoot, diagnose issues and make repairs to equipment according to established procedures to minimize parts usage.
Complete scheduled and assigned preventative maintenance of all store equipment.
Complete scheduled and assigned washing and cleaning of store's windows.
Communicate issues and provide feedback to the Facility Support Manager regarding maintenance issues, facility/equipment opportunities and outside service vendor performance.
Utilize maintenance work order system to complete repair calls, close completed calls, enter resolutions for calls and update calls according to company policies and procedures. Complete assigned work by required deadline. Respond to high priority calls according to company guidelines.
Maintain fully stocked inventory and be accountable for all aspects of assigned inventory; assist in monitoring and control of maintenance inventory. Requisition parts necessary to complete the job. Provide technical information to ordering team ensuring proper delivery and ordering of all non-stock parts.
Attend and participate in all work related meetings, scheduled inventories and training classes. Maintain all certifications as required by manufacturers and local/state/federal law.
Maintain company vehicle and adhere to all state/local/federal laws and company policies regarding operation and maintenance of company vehicle.

Job Description
JOB FUNCTION:
This position ensures the purity of the water processed for MPW Industrial Water customers at various project sites. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing our on-site technical customer service. This individual will be responsible for chemical tests, chemical feed and control equipment maintenance, chemical inventory management, technical recommendations, and written service reports
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Travels up to 75% of the time to various project sites and maintains MPW Water Purification Equipment.
Acts as support function to multiple locations as needed.
Adheres to all Safety rules, regulations and guidelines, including proper housekeeping.
Works closely with the customer, daily, to troubleshoot and repair system operational problems and makes corrections when appropriate.
Tracks the performance, via daily logs, of the equipment at the various project sites.
Performs required labor at the various project sites, including hose and pipe assembly, chemical drum handling, chemical transfer, filter backwashes, filter media replacement, pump maintenance, membrane cleaning and replacement.
Uses monitoring equipment to test water quality to assure established standards are being met.
Responsible for calibration of monitoring equipment.
Perform water analysis and/or collects samples for preparation, labeling and shipment to designated laboratory for analysis.
Completes PC-based reports on site conditions, test results, site corrections and site deficiencies.
Work with PLC controls; repairs pumps, instruments, and control panels
Provides ongoing interface with customers to assure they are satisfied with job and acts as technical consultant and liaison with customer management and technical counterparts.
Maintain inventory of spare parts (lube oil, tubing, and piping), and adequate supply of reagents, sample containers, and shipment containers necessary for routine as well as special sampling and analysis.

Inserso is seeking to hire a Cabling Technician to install low voltage structured cabling infrastructure supporting Information & Communications Technology (ICT) systems in diverse and complex government facilities. This position will require travel and candidates must possess a working knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices applicable to Division 27 Communications. In addition, this position will assist special systems engineers with hardware installation, cross connecting devices, extending Service Provider circuits, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
* Interpret technical documents to include specifications, basis of design narratives, and floor plans. Also, determine material and equipment needs.
* Perform site assessment surveys to determine existing conditions and develop execution strategies.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and material/equipment purchasing and shipping.
* Lead installation activities on assigned projects to ensure approved requirements are followed to include conduit and surface mount raceways, work area outlet rough-in, J-hooks and cable tray, horizontal and backbone cabling, equipment racks and cabinets, testing and labeling, produce as-built record drawings, and process invoicing documents.
* Be familiar with cabling types to include inside plant (ISP)/outside plant (OSP), CAT 3/CAT 5e/CAT 6/CAT 6a shielded and unshielded twisted pair (STP/UTP), RG6/RG11 coax, and single mode/multimode fiber optics.
* Experience with mechanical and fusion splicing fiber connectors.
* Respond to correspondence in a timely manner and actively participate in meetings to present information to technical and non-technical audiences, resolve conflicts, respond to requests for information (RFI), and coordinate requirements/schedules.
* Manage assigned projects and maintain a milestone report with real time progress updates.
* Follow government cabling standards and operating procedures.
* Promote continuous improvement by performing ongoing analysis of project performance and lessons learned to improve documentation, processes, and customer service delivery.
Required Skills/Experience:
* Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
* 3 - 5 years of relevant installation experience, preferably in DHS or other similar federal agency.
* Proficient in termination of cabling types: CAT 3/CAT 5e/CAT 6/CAT 6a shielded and unshielded twisted pair (STP/UTP), RG6/RG11 coax, and single mode/multimode fiber optics.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio.

Position Description:
The Field Engineer (FE) works directly for the Superintendent and is expected to exercise judgment and discretion in making recommendations, implementing policies and procedures and handling a wide variety of matters in the field. The position is normally, but not necessarily preparatory to becoming an Office Engineer or Project Engineer. The primary purpose of the position is to proactively aid the Superintendent in front-line field management. In addition, the position requires a considerable amount of work, responsibility, persistence, problem solving ability and good attitude, because the FE is responsible for the majority of the layout on a project, supervision of trade workers and subcontractor employees, as well as lift drawings, safety, and quality control responsibilities. Although the majority of a Field Engineer's time will be spent in the field, there are some duties which will require work in the field office. This is a safety sensitive position.
Position Qualifications:
* A 4 -year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture or Construction Management.
* Valid Driver's License.
* Strong communication skills.
* Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel-based templates, ProjectSight, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Past internships in the construction industry are preferred, but not required.
Essential Duties:
* Project layout (surveying) in conformance with design and contract documents.
* Check concrete forms for accuracy and adequacy of construction, including all embedded items, before placement of concrete.
* Perform production trend analysis for quantities of work in place and report for the weekly and monthly schedule and cost control reports.
* Assist with quality control, site safety initiatives and coordination of trade partners as delegated by the project superintendent. May include directing a small work force to gain supervisory experience.
* Coordinate material deliveries by checking material requirements in advance and comparing with the delivery status. Additionally, inspect materials delivered to the job for quantity, quality and condition, and report on missing and/or damaged items.
* Assist foremen and trade partners with interpretation of plans and specifications.
* Oversight of trade partners, as assigned, and direction of workforces (e.g., a labor crew) of employees or trade partner employees to gain supervisory experience.
* Participate in jobsite safety meetings, weekly safety audits, etc.
* Collaborate with the VDC team on VDC scope of work, execution plan and deliverables related to field operations. Review and navigate within the current 3D model viewing and scheduling software.

Responsibilities
