You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

The Junior Farm Technician plays an important role in executing applied field research and development (R&D). You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-3 calls per day in this territory
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.

You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex location for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.
