Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

The Robotics Field Service Engineer (FSE) plays a critical role in this mission. The Field Service Technician II diagnoses and repairs company assets, completes repair order documentation and assists other maintenance personnel when required.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Diagnose and repair company assets.
Fuel and lubricate all equipment on an eight-hour interval.
Perform technical inspections and document findings.
