Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
Industry related training is preferred
Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

Job Summary
The Avaya Telecom Technician is responsible for the daily administration, maintenance, and support of legacy Avaya PBX systems, voicemail platforms, and AudioCodes integrations. This role performs cross-connects, punchdowns, cable pulls when needed, and provides full programming and configuration support across the voice environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily administration of legacy Avaya Voice PBX systems
Build and configure extensions in PBX and voicemail

This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. As part of your onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you.
Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

Installs new and upgraded equipment and performs preventative maintenance and election readiness checks on the full array of election hardware and software products in accordance with equipment specifications and service agreements. This requires an understanding of the anatomy of a ballot including but not limited to the function of cut marks, registration marks, the timing track, code channel and oval positions
Plans and performs work requiring a knowledge and experience working with electronic and mechanical theories and principles in alignment with system operating instructions. This includes but is not limited to ability to read and understand equipment manuals, able to read and understand a digital voltmeter, use basic hand tools, read resistor color coding, use basic soldering skills and utilize safe electrostatic discharge techniques.
Provides responsive service in terms of timely equipment maintenance, basic training on systems operation and advises customer of maintenance items and specifications to assure appropriate user understanding of operational items.
Accomplishes work order requirements and maintains company-required performance and maintenance records for each piece of equipment/system.
Responsible for accurately and securely maintaining equipment parts inventory and the return of defective parts in a timely manner.
