    Job Description Field IT Engineer Onsite | Atlanta, GA We are looking for a talented IT professional to join our leading digital banking client's team, supporting day-to-day IT operations across local, regional, and global business and IT functions. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on IT support, including LAN/WAN network, telephony, and printer support. Support PCs, laptops, desktops, and high-end engineering workstations, including staging, restore, and recovery. Manage global information security efforts, including virus protection, backups, recovery, and audits. Resolve help desk incidents within service level agreements, tracking and resolving IT issues with global teams. Support end users and senior management in both office and remote hybrid environments. Lead IT projects related to real estate, network installations, and maintenance of communication and AV equipment. Oversee IT asset inventory, stocktakes, and audits, ensuring smooth vendor support and procurement processes. Actively participate in IT planning, program execution, and business continuity planning. Manage site computer rooms and coordinate disaster recovery efforts. Lead IT upgrades, new implementations, refresh programs, and expansions driven by corporate real estate activities. Communicate and collaborate effectively with global, regional, and site-based teams, solution partners, and management. Provide expert support for hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and part replacements. Key Competencies: Proficient in IT infrastructure and executive office support. Strong ability to support key executive events, such as management meetings. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quick to learn, with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Effective communication skills at all levels of management. Ability to manage multiple sites and support global IT needs. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate project timelines and office hours. Familiarity with CISCO switches, routers, networks, and telephony systems. Expertise in implementing structured cabling and network layouts. Experience managing complex support issues within a globally dispersed organization. Knowledge of global wired and wireless network technologies, DNS/DHCP, WAN, and LAN technologies.
