Service forklifts with water, fuel, oils, or lubricants and apply cleaning solvents when needed. Align, adjust, repair, or replace worn or broken mechanical components or parts. Use hand or power tools and precision measuring tools where needed. Ensure completion of work and satisfaction for our customers. Participate in and stay up to date on TMHU training online. Manage multiple customer work orders in process and ensure timely completion with in less than two weeks. Ensure paperwork is complete, accurate, signed off on by our customer, and turned in promptly. Work with customers to identify and resolve equipment issues. Read, understand, and use the shop and parts manuals as well as operating manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Contact proper personnel on full maintenance rental accounts when repairs are needed. Manage call response time within 2-3 hours of dispatch time; communicate with dispatcher to minimize drive time. Inform dispatch of location and job destination after every job is complete. Accurately quote customers for services or parts needed Represent company in a professional manner encompassing our mission statement and values.
