The Opportunity
As our Lead Field Installer, you will:
Lead on-site installation teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and at the highest quality standards.
Interpret complex architectural drawings and translate them into precise, real-world installations.
Conduct site visits, assess logistics, and collaborate closely with general contractors, architects, clients, and our fabrication team.
Ensure the safe handling, transportation, and installation of large and intricate metal components.
Apply on-site welding and fabrication adjustments when necessary, always upholding structural integrity and design intent.
Maintain open communication with clients and project partners, anticipating challenges and resolving issues quickly.
Support fabrication in our Colusa shop during non-installation periods.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience working with ornamental architectural installation
Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings.
Proficiency in ornamental architectural installation techniques across metals, such as ornamental staircases, railings, wine cellars, entry doors, and specialized art pieces is required.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, welding (TIG/MIG), rigging, and safe handling of large metal assemblies.
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and site coordination best practices.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to SF Bay Area and beyond
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication skills.
Physical capability to meet the demands of job sites, including lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, inclusive of the delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment. The Field Service Representative will interface with Solventum customers daily and is responsible for building, cultivating, and maintaining superior customer relationships. Tracks inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies. Contacts customers regarding coordination of delivery and retrieval return of products
Accurately prepare, Pick, Pack, Ship and Receive inbound and outbound shipments using 3rd party partners; Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
Follows all work and safety instructions and conforms to Company and Departmental policies and procedures. Maintains a clean, orderly and safe working environment

Your Skills and Expertise
