This position presents Emergency Road Services (ERS) instructional courses to all independent contract station (ICS) operators and their employees. The position promotes and mentors continued cooperation between contract stations and the Club.

The position provides administrative support to Emergency Road Service and Customer Service Representatives where needed and as needed, based on service requests from other departmental managers.

In addition, this position conducts presentations to Club personnel and public agencies to increase awareness of towing procedures, safe tow truck and flatbed carrier operating procedures, purpose and use of towing accessories, customer service and other related procedures regarding emergency road services as they pertain to member service. The position provides related field Fleet support, as requested, enterprise wide.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent required. Business, technical, or college degree preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated knowledge of automotive electrical systems required.Any specific certification, licensing or training as proof of industry-specific training.Previous training, coaching and mentoring experience required.Must have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with an individual or in a group environment.Knowledge of emergency road service and tow truck operations preferred.PC literacy including experience with word processing and spreadsheet software required. Basic understanding of data base programs and software preferred.Valid driver license, acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle record and minimum limits of automobile liability insurance required.Geographic knowledge of club territory preferred.

* Administer, lead, and train new hire classes with up to 15 attendees.

* Work closely with management staff to identify knowledge and skill gaps of ne hire and existing staff
* Develop assessment and testing processes for use during the training
* Work with new hires during of training to answer questions and provide support
* Develop curriculum and agendas for new hire and new skill trainings
* Work with internal stakeholders and clients in the ongoing development of training programs to consistently improve our quality and customer/partner satisfaction
* Perform any other duties assigned

Position Requirements:

* 5-7 years of training experience required
