While all operations are ongoing, laborers will have the capabilities to learn other positions such as dredge operator or equipment operator to improve their skills which will lead to promotions in positions. * Once dredging operations are complete, the laborers will assist in cleaning all equipment, disassembling all equipment, loading all equipment, and doing final clean ups to restore the customer site. Requirements: * Must have some experience and/or a background in working outside in an upland or marine construction style environment. (Mining, dredging, drilling, earthworks/excavation, land clearing, offshore, under or above ground utility, heavy civil, etc.). * Must be able to work in extreme heat, extreme cold, and on the water. Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of food service/hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus. Foodservice certification. Must be 18 to handle alcohol. Physical Dimensions: Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking.
