Execute small truck maintenance tasks, such as filling gas tanks and cleaning trucks. Drive trucks as required for event logistics. Organize and maintain the warehouse space efficiently. Collaborate with the events team to understand specific event requirements. Provide on-site support during events, assisting with setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting. Manage and organize supplies and tableware for off-premise events. Fulfill barbacking responsibilities to ensure smooth bar operations. Coordinate transportation logistics for event materials. Work closely with the events team to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow. Maintain accurate inventory records of event equipment, furniture, and supplies. Address and report any damages or issues promptly. Enforce safety protocols within the warehouse and during event setup.
