The Field Laborer mows and trims cemetery, carrying out field duties for cemetery as provided for by the Field Manager, and receives directions from Foreman where appropriate. This position is responsible for the implementation of all directions provided by the Foreman including completing operations on time and meeting all safety guidelines and requirements. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, snow removal and other general cemetery care and landscaping matters within the Field Department. The Field Laborer performs outside field duties for the cemetery maintaining a high level of care and performs all work meeting or exceeding safety standards. Compensation Data: Non-Exempt hourly pay ranging from $17.00 - $20.00 based on experience. Location: All Saints Cemetery Address: 480 W Highland Rd, Northfield, OH 44067 Key Responsibilities: Prepares graves and maintains cemetery grounds. Performs snow removal Performs landscaping including trimming grass/weeds, pruning trees and shrubbery, mowing grass. Operates variety of equipment including mowers, string trimmers, Cushman, backhoe, dump truck tractor, bed edger, hedge trimmer and chain saw.
