Job Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving and inspecting products, accurately labeling items and reporting any discrepancies in reconciliation of deliveries and invoices.
Responsible for organizing and storing all incoming products in assigned locations, applying FIFO (first in, first out) inventory controls for perishable products.
May require training and operation of a manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts.
Picks inventory to assemble orders of product, supplies and equipment for requisitions or established par levels.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
Load, unload and transport products and materials to different areas of the warehouse and/or other client locations. May require use of carts, powered industrial vehicles (PIV), or motor vehicles.
Responsible for conducting routine physical inventory counts based on established location schedules.
Accurately complete administrative duties including records such as inventory count documents, temperature and spoilage logs, equipment inspections, and any other relevant business records. This may be on paper or in a technology-based system (hand-held device or PC).
Clean work areas as assigned, including but not limited to restrooms, break areas, loading dock, freight elevator and freight platform delivery areas when applicable.
Implement all location safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures. Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment.
Takes appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets.
Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required.

Qualifications
Must be over 18 years of age
High school education or equivalent is preferred
2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb

This position will be responsible for fulfilling hardware requests related to broken hardware within Client's facilities. This fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. The position also manages detailed inventory tracking and warranty processing.
This role requires high attention to detail and a strong understanding of inventory systems, and the data required to accurately leverage them. The role may work directly with Client's store contacts to understand impact to the end user, so the ability to clearly communicate -both verbal and written -and build excellent business relationships quickly is essential.
Time Allocation
This role must be flexible enough to provide whatever services are needed in any given day. Below is an example of how time could be spent:
60% fulfillment of hardware incidents (picking and shipment of hardware)
25% inventory tracking and reconciliation
15% configuration/application of firmware

Job Overview: Farm crew members will work primarily in vegetable production, but may have opportunities to work in the orchard, greenhouse, native foods, maple syrup, or poultry enterprises. Primary tasks in the vegetable fields include harvesting, planting, and weeding. Demonstrates proficiency, personal initiative, and commitment to one or more of the following areas: vegetable field production, season extension, post-harvest handling, greenhouse, egg-laying poultry, grounds maintenance, equipment and infrastructure repair, orchard and/ or maple sugaring activities. May work autonomously with youth and volunteers.
Starting pay at $18 depending on experience.
Create Your Path: The Work You'll Do:
* Work independently and with a high level of proficiency in one or more core activity areas of the farm, including field production, post-harvest handling, volunteer and youth worker programming, greenhouse, livestock, orchard, administrative, or equipment and infrastructure maintenance.
* Research and solve problems and respond to challenges within their core activity area(s).
* Assist in all aspects of a small farm-to-market operation focused on meeting the needs of the SMSC.
* Assist with all manner of farm tasks, including planting, seeding, weeding, cultivating, harvesting, processing, packaging, landscape maintenance, and orchard pruning.
* Use machinery & equipment safely and efficiently, including trucks, tractors, rototillers, walk-behind tractors, vegetable washers, flame weeders, and power tools, knives, garden seeders, and other hand tools.
* Assist in farm-related record keeping and documentation.
* Assist or lead volunteers and youth groups.
* Interact with customers and other SMSC departments.
* May assist in the collection, processing, or delivery of maple syrup.
Job Requirements:
* Ability to work independently and with a high level of proficiency in some aspect of farming.
* Experience working outdoors in strenuous environmental conditions.
* Ability to use hand tools, including knives, safely and efficiently.
* Team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
* Experience with farm machinery is preferred.
* Valid driver's Class D driver's license may be required with a good driving record.
