Position Summary:
Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrapped, labeled and readied for shipment in a timely manner observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
Review work schedule, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations. Perform a safety check on pallet jack/forklift to be used and insure that all other safety devices are functioning properly. Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets.
Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required. Use single and/or double pallets as directed.
Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection checklist. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Worker. This position will be a full-time contract and on-site in Fairview, North Carolina. This is a 1st Shift position Monday-Friday 7:00 am EST to 3:30 pm EST.
This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.
What You'll Do
Assesses material needs and develops forecasts for assigned production area at the beginning of the shift and orders materials to support the production schedule
Transports materials, including raw materials, components, packaging materials, finished goods and/or scrap, to/from production floor
Completes required paperwork to accompany outgoing materials such as intercompany bills- of-lading
Prepares outgoing materials using a variety of methods including, scanning, labeling, wrapping
Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items
Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift or pallet jack
Posts weights and shipping charges
What You'll Need
Required:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required to perform essential job functions including reading various signage throughout the facility, comprehensive understanding of various documentation, understanding and communicating processes to ensure workplace safety and job efficiency
Physical Demands
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, use hands for fine motor tasks such as handling or feeling objects, reach with arms and hands, and communicate effectively through speech and hearing
The role also requires the ability to handle small components under a microscope for prolonged durations
Regular physical demands include lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds routinely, up to 25 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include medical coverage as well as 401k retirement account access.
