Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the baler machine to compact cardboard. Safely load, unload, and stage materials for baling and removal. Perform routine checks on the baler to ensure proper operation and promptly report any issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around the baler and warehouse. Assist with general warehouse duties such as loading/unloading trucks, moving materials, or stocking inventory.
