Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks safely and in accordance with specified guidelines
Maintains records of pick up/deliveries. Accurately complete paperwork (Pick Tickets, Pick Slips, Count Sheets, etc.)
Utilize all job related equipment which may include, but is not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, computer work and Radio Frequency (RF)
Verify inventory and assist with inventory level maintenance
Pull/push/lift equipment of up to 50 lbs. from warehouse stock, using available resources.
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of warehouse
Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or HS Equivalency
3-5 years of related work experience
Knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures within a warehouse facility
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Work knowledge and understanding of packing lists, inventory count sheets and reviewing reports
Ability to work independently within established procedures as well as in a teamwork environment
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations

Your Day at Lowe's

**Employment Type:** Full-Time We are seeking dependable and hardworking **Warehouse Associates** to join our team in Sterling, VA. This role is ideal for individuals with prior warehouse experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Safely and efficiently unload and load goods.
+ Operate forklifts to move and organize inventory as required.
+ Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper organization within the warehouse.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
+ Proven experience in a warehouse setting.
+ Proficiency in operating forklifts (certification preferred).
+ Ability to perform loading and unloading tasks effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in inventory management.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

**Work Schedule & Environment**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dulles, VA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
