Job Summary: The Maintenance Field Employee will be responsible for performing ground maintenance, and janitorial services at commercial sites. Duties consist of mowing grass, using the weed eater or edger, blowing leaves, general maintenance of parking lots, curbs, exterior and public areas, as well as pruning of trees and shrubs. Additionally, janitorial services such as cleaning and maintaining public restrooms, minor maintenance to grounds and facilities as well as any additional work required through work orders. Key Responsibilities: Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and mulching. Operate and maintain landscaping tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
