ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety & Compliance Leadership: Implements and enforces comprehensive safety protocols and programs across warehouse operations Conducts regular safety inspections and ensures OSHA compliance in all operational areas Leads safety meetings and ensures proper safety training for all warehouse personnel Maintains accurate safety records and drives continuous improvement in safety metrics Ensures proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all team members Facility Management & Cleanliness: Establishes and maintains exceptional warehouse cleanliness standards across all facilities Implements 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) for workspace organization Ensures proper sanitation procedures for various product types and regulatory requirements Manages janitorial services and facility maintenance to ensure clean, organized, and safe work environments Monitors and maintains building systems to ensure optimal facility conditions for product storage 3PL Expertise & Customer Service: Leverages 3PL industry experience to optimize warehouse operations for multiple client accounts Manages diverse client requirements across various industries and product types Ensures compliance with client-specific handling, storage, and shipping protocols Serves as primary operational point of contact for client communications and relationship management Coordinates seamlessly with transportation partners and other supply chain stakeholders Operational Excellence: Motivates, organizes, and leads teams to meet productivity targets and service level agreements Trains staff and monitors their performance, progress, and service levels Drives inventory accuracy through disciplined processes and regular auditing Partners cross-functionally to mobilize resources aligned around superior customer service Implements SOPs and drives high attention to detail to exceed customer expectations daily Personnel Management: Responsible for hiring, onboarding, daily management, performance reviews, and coaching Identifies high-potential team members for cross-training and advancement opportunities Builds a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth Administers disciplinary processes up to and including termination when necessary Manages timecard processing, scheduling, and workforce planning Process Improvement & Technology: Develops and implements warehouse design improvements for optimal layout and product flow Evaluates and recommends new equipment and technology solutions Analyzes process workflows, staffing needs, and space requirements Uses data analytics to identify productivity trends and improvement opportunities Produces regular reports and KPI dashboards on safety, cleanliness, accuracy, and efficiency MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience 5+ years of logistics industry experience with at least 3 years in 3PL warehouse management Proven track record implementing and maintaining safety protocols and cleanliness standards Experience managing multi-client warehouse operations and diverse product types Certification in warehouse safety programs (OSHA, forklift safety, etc.) preferred Personnel management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of inventory management best practices and quality control procedures Ability to travel 10% WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the operational success of assigned area and/or customer. This is achieved by driving efficient use of labor and following internal processes. This role is focused on providing our customers with an exemplary level of service by driving inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, task prioritization, and staff leadership. Produces regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Completes other duties as assigned by Operations Team. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of core education and related professional experience. 3+ years of industry work experience; two years of specific warehouse experience with proven results; supply chain experience required. Advanced service, production, or supervisory role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work required within the function. Personnel management and supervisory experience required. Prior experience of Domestic and International services within the logistics industry Experience leveraging technology to perform daily tasks, including strong familiarity with MS Office applications (in particular Exchange, Word & Excel), web navigation & basic hardware. Prior use with PO system, enterprise sourcing and/or inventory oversight for multiple locations. Ability to travel 10%.
