Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in field labor or similar roles is a plus. Experience operating heavy equipment or machinery (ATVs, utility vehicles, small hand tools, etc.). Experience working independently with minimal supervision. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina and strength; ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Ability to navigate rough, uneven terrain. Ability to handle physically demanding work and exposure to outdoor elements. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Basic communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of safety practices and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
