Must be available for overtime. Responsibilities Receive and prioritize orders through supervisor-issued work tags. Retrieve items from inventory using manual methods and/or forklifts. Prepare materials for delivery or pick-up by customers, ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Verify the accuracy and timeliness of filled orders before delivery or pick-up. Complete bills of lading for materials being delivered to customers. Maintain organized files for customer pick-up orders, noting relevant information on invoices. Serve "Express Will Call Customers" promptly to expedite order processing. Assist with counter sales by entering orders into the system and pulling/loading orders. Foster a positive work atmosphere by cooperating and communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
