Matthew Lockridge

Matthew Lockridge has been involved with developing technology strategies and programs for the Federal Government and Fortune 500 companies for over 15 years. In 1999, Mathew worked on several top secret IT initiatives for the Undersecretary of Defense, including the development of a secure global conferencing system for The Pentagon. Upon project completion, Matthew continued to work as an IT consultant with Booz Allen and Hamilton until relocating to South Carolina with Verizon Wireless. He spent the next 7 years at Verizon Wireless developing an emerging mobile data sales channel. During his tenure at Verizon, Matthew’s team was responsible for growing wireless data revenue at Verizon Wireless across Southern States from $600,000 in 2001 to over $1.2 billion in 2007. Matthew has received numerous government and private sector service awards and has been the key note speaker at technology conferences throughout the Southeast. Matthew received his Bachelor of Science – Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, SC and is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Charles Herskowitz

CIO

Charles Herskowitz has more than 20 years of experience in networking and telecommunications engineering and design. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience in start-up companies, complimented by the discipline driven in larger organizations. Prior to joining Field2Base, Mr. Herskowitz served as Chief Technical Officer for Equitel, Inc. ensuring that the company developed leading edge solutions in the rapidly changing telecommunications marketplace. In this role Charles was also responsible for building ePRIME, the company’s automated cellular activation system and the integration of new platforms into the Company’s technology set. Previously, he was the System Engineer for ReadyCom Inc., based in Chapel Hill, N.C., where he was responsible for design, integration and deployment of one of the nation’s first systems for voice paging over the cellular network. Mr. Herskowitz also has served as Senior Software Engineer for IBM and Seagate Software on several large-scale network management applications with global development teams and distribution efforts. He was Chief Architect for Onion Peel Software where he led the development team for the company’s entire software product line. He holds a BA degree in computer science from New York University.
