Brenton Sullivan is a CEO at FieldLevel and Board Member at FieldLevel and is based in Santa Monica, California. Jeremy Weir is a Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at FieldLevel and Co-founder, CPO at FieldLevel and is based in Ventura, California. He has worked as Lead Software Engineer at WetSand.com, SwellWatch; Software Engineer at Pint Inc; and Programmer/Analyst at Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Jeremy works or has worked as Co-founder & Chief Software Architect at FieldLevel. He attended UC San Diego between 1997 and 2002.

At FieldLevel we’ve built an athletic network where coaches and athletes connect to discover, create, and pursue opportunities at the next level. I helped co-found the company in 2008 and have enjoyed an amazing journey so far building a great product with a brilliant team.

I have had many roles over the years, but some, for the most part, I’ve been engineering, architecting, product designing, as well as contributing to cooperate strategy, leadership, and team building.

Currently, I enjoy representing our technology in the overall strategic direction and leadership at FieldLevel. I’m passionate about making sure we have an architecture capable of delivering the functionality, scalability, security, and performance we need to grow and thrive.
