MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develop GTM strategies, frameworks and tactics that deliver improvements in overall effectiveness of functions that bring our Healthcare solutions to market.
+ Collaborate with product and cross functional teams to develop, design, and deliver specific and consistent GTM strategy and readiness plans for new product launches, product enhancements, migrations, etc.
+ Design, execute, and manage sales enablement and readiness plans, approach, and tactics that will enable the sales teams to have valuable consultations and dialogues with clients.
+ Design, execute, and manage communication plans, approach, and tactics for key messaging delivered to our strategic partners and our clients.
+ Design and develop external facing tools, materials, and collateral for used by Sales teams. Interface with cross functional teams across the organization to deliver tools, programs, content, information, and insights with the goal of supporting GTM strategies.
+ Provide perspective, product expertise,market research, voice of client, and the holistic view of Healthcare Marketing as a liaison.
+ Provide awareness to our strategic partners that supplements the information provided by their Sales Officers to enable strategic partners to promote Commercial Payments more confidently to clients and prospects and collaborate with their Sales Officers more readily.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, Product Management or related field
+ Five years' experience developing strategies and tactics in go-to market,marketing, and product management in the Healthcare FinTech or Healthcare Marketing industry.
+ Experience and knowledge in Treasury Management is a plus but not required
+ Excellent written and oral communications skills and problem solving
+ Data-driven analytical skills.
+ Ability to operate and thrive in ambiguous circumstances.
+ Strong business instincts coupled with knowing how /when to take calculated risks and being able to react quickly in a constantly changing and highly competitive environment.
+ Strong ability to collaborate with people of all positions and grade levels.
+ Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
